DRIVER AGREEMENT & CODE OF CONDUCT

IMPORTANT
Please print this Agreement and bring it physically together with the vehicle
to the HantzVIPRides Inspection, Pre-Mob, Profiling & Verification Point.

This Agreement is entered into between HantzVIPRides (“the Company”) and the undersigned Driver.

1. Purpose

This Agreement sets out the terms and conditions under which the Driver will provide transportation services using the HantzVIPRides platform.

2. Driver Obligations

  1. Provide accurate personal and vehicle information at all times.
  2. Maintain a valid driver’s licence, vehicle papers, and insurance.
  3. Complete background check and biometric verification as required.
  4. Collect full fare from passengers at boarding and remit the required one-seat payment to the official HVR account before takeoff.
  5. Submit signed passenger manifest and proof of remittance via WhatsApp before departure.
  6. Only operate trips that have a valid HVR Dispatch Certificate.
  7. Treat all passengers with respect, professionalism and courtesy.
  8. Keep the vehicle clean, air-conditioned and in roadworthy condition.
  9. Report any accident, incident or breakdown immediately to HVR operations.

3. Remittance & Dispatch System

The Driver understands that failure to remit the one-seat payment and obtain a Dispatch Certificate before takeoff means the trip will not be covered by insurance and the Driver will not enjoy bank benefits or return-trip priority.

Every Driver must provide either:

  1. No use of drugs or alcohol while on duty.
  2. No overloading of the vehicle.
  3. No diversion of passengers to non-HVR services.
  4. No harassment or misconduct towards passengers.
  5. Always display HVR identification when required.

6. Termination

HantzVIPRides reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate this Agreement for any breach of the above terms, criminal activity, or actions that bring the Company into disrepute.

7. Declaration

I, the undersigned Driver, have read and understood this Agreement. I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
