Passenger accident cover on HVR trips is separate from goods / cargo cover. Protecting the value of items needs Goods-in-Transit (GIT) style arrangements.
Personal bags travelling with a booked passenger on an active HVR trip — handled under trip rules; declare excess/high-value items.
Items without a passenger — recommend declared value and, for higher sums, GIT or single-journey cover.
Stock and merchandise in transit — typically needs Goods-in-Transit insurance (annual or per journey).
