VEHICLE OWNER AGREEMENT

IMPORTANT
Please print this Agreement and bring it physically together with the vehicle
to the HantzVIPRides Inspection, Pre-Mob, Profiling & Verification Point.

This Agreement is entered into between HantzVIPRides (“the Company”) and the undersigned Vehicle Owner.

1. Purpose

This Agreement sets out the terms under which the Vehicle Owner permits their vehicle to be used for transportation services on the HantzVIPRides platform.

2. Vehicle Owner Obligations

  1. Ensure the vehicle has valid registration, roadworthiness certificate, insurance and all required papers.
  2. Present the vehicle for Pre-Mob inspection before activation.
  3. Maintain the vehicle in clean, air-conditioned and safe condition at all times.
  4. Only allow drivers who have been verified and approved by HantzVIPRides to operate the vehicle.
  5. Ensure the driver complies with the one-seat remittance and Dispatch Certificate system.
  6. Update HantzVIPRides immediately of any change in ownership, insurance or vehicle condition.

3. Guarantor Role

Where the Vehicle Owner is different from the Driver, the Vehicle Owner shall act as the primary Guarantor for the Driver.

4. Passenger Liability Clause

Important:

The Vehicle Owner acknowledges that HantzVIPRides acts as a technology platform connecting passengers with independent drivers and vehicle owners. While the Company provides insurance cover through its official insurer during active HVR trips that have a valid Dispatch Certificate, the Vehicle Owner remains responsible for ensuring the vehicle is properly maintained and that only authorised, verified drivers operate it.

HantzVIPRides shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury or claim arising from the use of the vehicle outside authorised HVR operations, or where the driver fails to follow the Dispatch Certificate procedure.

5. Remittance & Compliance

The Vehicle Owner understands that all trips must follow the official HVR payment and Dispatch Certificate process. Trips operated without a valid Dispatch Certificate will not enjoy insurance cover or any bank benefits.

6. Termination

HantzVIPRides reserves the right to remove any vehicle from the platform for non-compliance, safety concerns, or breach of this Agreement.

7. Declaration

I, the undersigned Vehicle Owner, have read and understood this Agreement. I agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
